Personal Statement

I work with individuals, couples and families in a trauma-informed, relational way online in Private Practice and as a consultant for a Family trauma NGO. I work with adults and adolescents and family members to help clients build better relationships with themselves and each other, using Nonviolent principles, Neuroscience and the felt sense. I am also interested in building up a community of people who relate through their felt sense as a way of being more connected to their own lives, families and the world we inhabit. I am interested in decolonisation, anti-racist training and being a good allies for BIPOC and LGBTQI+ folks.

Areas of special interest or advanced training:

I work with people with trauma and disassociation.

I am interested in applying a systemic lens to individual problems and difficulties, this could be through family constellations or the lens of patriarchy, industrialisation, colonialisation and sepration from each other, the land and our histories. This area is of particular interest to me because by recognising it we can understand it’s effect on all of us and understanding our context allows us to relate to things as they are and begin dreaming and taking action steps towards the world we want.
